How it works
PRE-Event planning:
Your dedicated Jump & Fire event coordinator will work closely with you to customize every detail of your experience. From personalized themes to curated catering options — including gourmet sandwiches, sushi platters, and charcuterie boards — we ensure your event is seamless, on-brand, and memorable.
EVENT day:
Our team arrives early to prepare the play area. We supply premium Nerf blasters, over 3,000 darts, themed props (if ordered), and safety gear. Everything is arranged to create a smooth, exciting, and visually impressive experience from the start.
Two to three of our experienced staff guide your group through 3–4 fast-paced games like Capture the Flag and Seek & Destroy, etc. The focus is on having fun, letting loose, and enjoying some friendly competition — no pressure, just play and connect. Meanwhile, we capture all the best moments with a professional videographer, and deliver a highlight reel your team can look back on, share internally, or on social media.
We wrap up with a relaxed group photo and open social time for teams to hang out, connect, and unwind. It’s a low-pressure space to keep the good energy going and let people mingle naturally.
Post-event deliverables:
Within 48 hours, you will receive a 3–5 minute cinematic video highlight via email.
